Unauthorized or unofficial use of, or tampering with, any SDPD computer system is a violation of City of San Diego Administrative Regulation 90.61 and 90.62. SDPD Procedure 2.14 and California Penal Code Section 502, 11142 and 11143. All information contained on any SDPD computer system is the property of the SDPD. You should have no expectation of privacy and all information is subject to audit at any time.
All software contained on any SDPD computer system must be authorized and used in strict accordance with the software licensing agreement.
Violators will be subject to disciplinary action, and / or prosecution.
